1. Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of tutoring services (“Services”) by Infinite Academics to the Client (“Student” and/or “Parent/Guardian”). By enrolling in tutoring sessions or classes, the Client agrees to the terms stated herein.

2. Payment & Scheduling

• All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Lesson schedules will be agreed upon in advance. Missed or rescheduled sessions must comply with the cancellation policy (see Section 4).​

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Private Lessons

No refunds will be issued for private tutoring sessions, regardless of reason, once payment has been made.

3.2 Bootcamp Programs

• A refund may be granted only if:

  • The student fully completes the bootcamp program.

  • The student submits all assignments by the required deadlines.

  • The student demonstrates no measurable improvement in the targeted subject areas, as assessed by Infinite Academics, after the program’s completion.

• If any assignment is incomplete, late, or missing, the refund eligibility will be void.

• The determination of “measurable improvement” will be based on pre- and post-assessments administered by Infinite Academics.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a private lesson.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund or credit.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Students must attend sessions on time and be prepared with required materials.

• Completion of homework, practice assignments, and projects is essential to achieving progress.

6. Infinite Academics’ Responsibilities

• Provide qualified tutors to deliver high-quality instruction.

• Supply necessary learning materials unless otherwise specified.

• Maintain confidentiality of all student information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infinite Academics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Academic improvement is a shared responsibility between tutor and student.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided.

By enrolling in Infinite Academics tutoring services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
