Student Enrollment Agreement
Before accessing our services, you will be required to sign this agreement
1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Infinite Academics! By enrolling in our tutoring, test prep, or college admissions services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. These policies ensure a smooth and professional experience for students, parents, and instructors.
Infinite Academics may update this agreement periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future enrollments.
If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Services Provided
Infinite Academics offers a range of educational services designed to support students in achieving their academic goals. Our programs include:
Private Tutoring (One-on-One)
Semi-Private Tutoring (Small Groups)
Standardized Test Preparation (SAT, SHSAT, etc.)
College Admissions Advising (Application & Essay Support)
Crash Courses (One-Time Intensive Sessions designed to help students prepare for an upcoming test)
Each service includes access to live instruction, study materials, and progress tracking. Specific program details, including session length and structure, will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Infinite Academics reserves the right to adjust scheduling, instructors, or course formats as needed to maintain the quality of our services.
3. Payment & Billing Policies
3.1 Payment Requirements
Each service has a set cost, and full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, cash, or check.
Students are not permitted to attend classes or sessions if payment has not been received.
3.2 Recurring Bookings & Subscription Billing
All tutoring sessions are booked as recurring to secure a student’s designated time slot with the tutor.
If a one-time session is requested, it must be specified at the time of booking.
Subscription-based services are billed on a monthly basis.
3.3 Late or Missed Payments
If a payment fails, the client will receive a payment reminder.
If payment is not received within 5 days, access to services will be suspended until the balance is paid.
3.4 Extended Tutoring Sessions
The standard length of a tutoring session is one hour.
If a parent/student requests an extended session, the pricing will be adjusted to reflect the additional time.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, Attendance & Rescheduling
4.1. Refund Eligibility
Group Classes & Crash Courses - 100% refund if canceled 14+ days before the start date. No refunds if canceled less than 14 days before the first session.
Private & Semi-Private Tutoring - Paid on a per-session basis and not eligible for refunds.
College Admissions Counseling - Not eligible for a refund.
SAT Score Guarantee - If a student does not improve their SAT score by 150+ points, they are eligible for a refund. To qualify, the student must complete all coursework, assignments, and attend all classes. Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee.
4.2 Attendance Expectations
Students are expected to attend all scheduled tutoring sessions and classes on time.
For group classes: If a student misses a session, they must watch the class recording and complete any assigned work. No make-up classes will be provided.
4.3 Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a tutoring session.
Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and is not guaranteed.
If a session is canceled within 24 hours, it will be considered missed and charged in full.
4.4 Missed Classes & No Make-Up Classes Policy
Students are required to attend all scheduled classes.
If a student misses a class for any reason, they must watch the class recording and complete all assigned work to stay on track.
No make-up classes will be provided. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Personal scheduling conflicts
-Extracurricular activities
If a student anticipates schedule conflicts, they should consider a different class schedule before enrolling.
4.5 No-Shows & Late Arrivals
If a student arrives late, the session will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled time.
If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Tutors are not required to extend the session due to student lateness.
4.6 Program Cancellations by Infinite Academics
If Infinite Academics cancels a class or tutoring session, clients will be offered a reschedule for an alternate date within reason to accommodate all students.
5. Student Conduct & Prohibited Behavior
Infinite Academics is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all students, tutors, and staff. By enrolling in our programs, students and parents agree to the following conduct guidelines:
5.1 Respectful Behavior
Infinite Academics has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying of any kind, whether directed at a student, tutor, or any member of the Infinite Academics staff.
Students are expected to treat tutors, staff, and classmates with respect at all times.
Disruptive behavior, excessive interruptions, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
Tutors have the right to end a session early if a student is behaving inappropriately. In such cases, the session will be charged in full and no refund will be provided.
5.2 Academic Integrity
Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresenting academic work will not be tolerated.
Tutors are not responsible for completing assignments on behalf of students.
Infinite Academics reserves the right to dismiss any student found engaging in academic dishonesty.
5.3 Attendance & Engagement
Students must be prepared and engaged during sessions.
Excessive distractions (e.g., texting, social media, or unrelated activities) are not permitted during tutoring or classes.
5.4 Parental Involvement & Communication
Each student is assigned a Student Success Coordinator who serves as a liaison between parents, students, and tutors.
Student Success Coordinators:
Track student progress.
Ensure each student has a direct person to contact regarding their academic success.
Address parent concerns and provide updates on student performance.
Parents are encouraged to provide constructive feedback about their child’s experience and should reach out directly to their Student Success Coordinator for assistance.
If parents are not receiving satisfactory service from their assigned Student Success Coordinator, they should contact the management team for further support.
Any concerns regarding tutors, sessions, scheduling, booking, or policies should be addressed through administrative staff, rather than direct contact with tutors.
5.5 Consequences of Policy Violations
Students who fail to comply with conduct policies may receive a warning, suspension, or dismissal from the program.
No refunds will be provided for students dismissed due to misconduct.
Infinite Academics reserves the right to terminate services if a student or parent creates a hostile or uncooperative environment.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Infinite Academics provides students with proprietary educational materials, technologies, and policies designed to enhance learning. To protect the integrity of our programs, the following confidentiality and intellectual property policies apply:
6.1 Limited Use License
Students and parents are granted a limited-use license to access Infinite Academics’ curriculum, study materials, digital resources, and proprietary learning technologies.
This license is valid only while the student is actively enrolled in Infinite Academics programs.
These materials may be used solely for personal academic purposes and may not be used for commercial purposes or competitive services.
6.2 Restrictions on Sharing & Distribution
Students and parents may not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any Infinite Academics proprietary content, including but not limited to:
Class materials, worksheets, study guides, and practice exams.
Digital learning platforms, test preparation tools, and software.
Any recordings, transcripts, or summaries of tutoring sessions or classes.
Unauthorized sharing of materials may result in termination of services without refund and potential legal action.
6.3 Confidentiality of Student & Institutional Information
Infinite Academics respects student privacy and will not share personal academic records without prior consent.
Likewise, students and parents must respect the confidentiality of Infinite Academics’ business operations, teaching methods, and proprietary content.
6.4 Intellectual Property Ownership
All Infinite Academics materials, technologies, and course content are owned exclusively by Infinite Academics.
Enrolling in a program does not grant ownership of any course content or intellectual property.
Students and parents must not claim ownership of or attempt to modify, sell, or repurpose Infinite Academics’ materials.
6.5 Consequences of Violating Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Policies
Any violation of these policies may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of services without a refund.
Legal action if proprietary materials are misused, copied, or distributed.
Infinite Academics reserves the right to enforce these policies to protect the integrity of its educational programs.
7. Media Consent & Release
Infinite Academics may capture photographs, videos, or testimonials of students during tutoring sessions, classes, or academic activities. These materials may be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
Website & Social Media (e.g., student success stories, educational content).
Printed Marketing Materials (e.g., brochures, flyers).
Educational Case Studies (e.g., anonymous student progress reports).
7.1 Consent Options
Parents or guardians must indicate their preference below:

8. Legal Disclaimers & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. By enrolling in Infinite Academics’ programs, clients agree that any legal matters will be handled in accordance with these laws.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Infinite Academics strives to provide high-quality educational services but does not guarantee specific academic results, including test scores, admissions outcomes, or grade improvements beyond what is outlined in our SAT score guarantee policy.
Infinite Academics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Students and parents accept that academic progress depends on individual effort, participation, and adherence to program guidelines.
8.3 Dispute Resolution Process
Infinite Academics is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Any dispute arising from this agreement will follow the resolution steps below:
Step 1: Internal Resolution
Clients must first attempt to resolve any concerns through Infinite Academics’ administrative team before pursuing legal action. This includes:
Contacting the Student Success Coordinator or the management team with concerns.
Participating in a good-faith discussion to find a resolution.
Step 2: Arbitration or Small Claims Court
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the following options apply:
Binding Arbitration: Disputes must be submitted to arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and legally binding.
Small Claims Court: Clients may pursue individual claims (not group or class actions) in a small claims court of appropriate jurisdiction.
8.4 No Class Action Lawsuits
Clients agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and may not initiate class actions, class arbitrations, or other representative claims against Infinite Academics.
8.5 Enforceability of Agreement
If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
